Music at Whittier Christian has helped me to come out of my shell. I have always loved performing for others, but I wasn’t able to give my own unique flare. Ever since I came to WCHS, I have gotten more and more comfortable and have been able to show who I really am as a performer for Jesus. The staff and students are all encouraging, and I am so glad I have been able to be a part of the music program.

I’ve been apart of Echo for the past 3 years and it has definitely been worth my time. The process of making music is such a sacred thing that once and I have had the absolute honor of being apart of the group. This group has made me feel more confident in my musical ability and I’ve seen my vocal range grow and get a lot wider. The music department here at WCHS is full of likeminded students that all have the same passion for music and for Jesus.

The music department, at WCHS, is a department of pioneers. Building and shaping Christ centered and prominent programs filled with fun, fellowship, and fruition.

Music at Whittier Christian has helped make me the musician I am today. It’s where I learned musical discipline and skills that will take me through my music career for years to come. I am truly grateful for everything I was able to participate in while in the program.
